Here is my second idea for using grocery packaging around the house for organizing. Feeling inspired the other day to start knitting again, I pulled my needles out of storage. I like to have access to them where I can easily see all the sizes. Last year I kept them in a colorful, hand-blown glass vase from Crate & Barrel but darn it, I forgot to bring it with me when I moved. So thinking about that vase inspired me to wash out a pasta jar, peel off the label and use it like a vase for my knitting needles.
