I just received a new Magellan’s catalog yesterday and I was inspired to write a post about a few of my favorite travel accessories.(Warning) When browsing a catalog like this you can get overwhelmed and CRAZY thinking “I need that, and THAT, and OOOOH, that too!” There are so many wonderful ideas but don’t get carried away spending a bunch of money before you even hit the airport. A few handy items can go a long way.

1) Pack-It Cubes and Pack-It Sacs from Eagle CreekThe Pack-It Cube come in a variety of sizes. The sizes I use and recommend are Pack-It Cube, Pack-It Half-Cube, and Pack-It Quarter Cube. I happened to purchase the 3-size as a set at REI a few years ago and I never travel with out them. They make packing and un-packing so simple and organized and really aides in getting everything to fit in your suitcase. I LOVE em!!!!

The Pack-It Sac comes in a variety of sizes and I personally use the Pack-It Sac Small for all my electronic/computer gadgets and adapters. For example, I use one bag for all my digital camera accessories (battery re-charger, adapters, memory cards) and I use another bag to hold my ipod and all its adapters and chargers. This makes my carry-on bag so much more organized. I highly recommend!
